Fall Mugs, Holiday Shows, and What’s Next

Thank you so much to everyone who showed up and shopped my Halloween and Fall update. It’s such a good feeling to know that my work connects with people and gets to travel to homes across the country.

When I first started selling online, I used to share a list after every shop update to keep track of which states my work was headed to. It’s been a while since I’ve done that, but this time I noticed three mugs were going to California and it made me wish I could jump in the box and travel with them. So I thought, why not bring the list back?

Where Mugs Went This Shop Update:

This round of orders had one or more mugs head out to: West Virginia, California, Maryland, Minnesota, North Carolina, Colorado, Ohio, Florida, Vermont, Virginia, South Carolina, Missouri, Maine, Pennsylvania, New York and Massachusetts. That’s 16 different states, with WV leading in the number of orders. How cool is that!?

I hope everyone who ordered a mug feels a little spark of joy when they open it! Every piece is made by hand and I hope that choosing your mug brings something special to your everyday routines.

Almost 50 States

While making the state list, I got curious and pulled together a full list of every state I've ever sent pottery to. Turns out I’m only nine states away from having mugs in all 50! I think I might make it a little mission to fill in the rest!

What's Coming Next

There are still a few pieces left in the shop if you’re looking for something now. I’ll also have another shop update closer to Christmas in early December, though it will be a bit smaller since I’m preparing for a couple of local events.

I’m excited to share that I’ll have a table at both the Stifel Center Holiday Show and the Schrader Center Holiday Show, both in Wheeling. I also have plans to participate in another fun local event that I will share as soon as I have more details.

Holiday Art Show and Sale

November 14 to December 23, 2025

Two beautiful Wheeling, WV Locations: Stifel Fine Arts Center on National Road and the Schrader Environmental Education Center in Oglebay Park.

Opening Reception: Friday, November 14, 5:30 to 8:30 PM

This five-week holiday show is a wonderful chance to shop handmade from some of the most talented artists and makers in the region.

Both spaces are transformed into festive markets, with over 50 vendors offering a wide variety of unique gifts. You’ll find everything from pottery and paintings to jewelry, textiles, home décor, and small-batch gourmet treats. I’ll have a selection of my work available at both locations throughout the show, so if you’re in the area, it’s a great opportunity to shop in person.

I’m already looking ahead to the next shop update and starting to plan for the holiday season. Until then, I hope your fall is full of cozy times, warm drinks in handmade mugs, and the little joys that make everyday life better.
